Exotic Upgrade: Roots the target to the spot in a Vex time bubble for 30 seconds - Target cannot attack or be attacked from outside during this time. Inside the bubble mini oracles spawn and must be melee killed by the target or they end up having themselves teleported to atheon for a slap round the chops ;)
