Well general items can be fixed by simply allowing stacking the way you do with materials (unlimited I believe, but I can't recall if I ever broke 1k). In that regards, I agree a larger size increase would have been preferable until they do fix stacking. I probably don't have the same strains you have with general inventory since I pretty much only run the raid/NF - so I only ever get the same ships/shaders dropping so I don't have a large variety of those. I'm saying more the weapons/armor - I currently have all the CE weapons except for Necro, and all VoG weapons except for Corrective Measure (12 HM, 10 NM clears... le sigh). I am also only missing thunderlord from the rest of the exotic list. I have 3 Ice breakers, and 2 MIDAs (maybe a 3rd if I feel like it). On top of those weapons I have, 3 shotguns, 5 machine guns, 3 Fusion rifles, 1 hand cannon, 1 AR, 2 Pulse Rifle, 2 Scout Rifles. Notably absent - RL's - but the raid RLs, Gjalla and Truth make everything else kind of pointless to use. (Not really a fan of the pvp but would like to try the IB launcher one day). But this is a pretty good blend - I'm hoping to find a better AR and maybe a Timur's Lash one day as well. Definitely have the room for them. I have a playstyle I enjoy with each class so my weapons are distributed accordingly, and if I want to try something new, the ability to use the internet to transfer items makes the vault almost irrelevant. I hope bungie has seen the destiny item manager chrome extension, they may want to consider trying a similar model for their next companion update. I currently use it and it makes item moving unbelievably simple and fast. As for armor - I keep the bulk of it on my characters. Since its not necessary to transfer (unless your running the same class...) - it keeps my armor slots relatively free. When I want to grind, I usually have plenty of space to store my excess armor while I fill up all my slots. All I'm really saying is, it feels like people are making mountains out of molehills here. If someone wanted to be a hoarder (and lets be honest, you don't use all your guns - there's exotics and legendarys I haven't touched in months), then they might have picked the wrong game. Have you tried being a hoarder in a game like borderlands? And sure, you could be a hoarder in a game like skyrim - but don't you dare tell me that was a good inventory system!
