Seriously it is the reason most don't pvp in games. One-hit kills are no fun on the receiving end. 2-hit kills from a quick weapon aren't fun on the receiving end. The two shooters I have enjoyed most in my life are Tribes 2 and Gunz. In both a confrontation wasn't over in 2-3 shots. They took skill could last quite a long time and were rewarding when you won and could even feel rewarding when you died. You get none of that feeling when you die one shot to a sniper, shotgun, pulse rifle, or hand cannon or in two shots to them.
