It still baffles me how people can rate an experience with a number.

How would one rate anything without some scale? Terrible/good/awesome 2/6/10 ? are they not representatively equal? They are subjective yes, but accurate to the rater.

Assigning numbers to feelings is a ridiculous concept. Especially reviewers that do the whole points in between the numbers thing. How the hell do you differentiate between say 7.6 and 7.7?

It would be like increasing the scale ten fold. Basically 1-100 instead of 1-10, adopt a decimal place to accommodate.
