I think the reason for all of the bitching is the mix of player base here. On one side you have fps players that hate the grind, rng, cry for buffs and nerfs, etc..on the other side you have mmo players that want more story, hate pvp events, hate crucible, etc...then there are the other 90% of us that play it for what it is. I like pvp, even though I am not good at it. I like the pve parts of the game as well, and I am patiently waiting to see what the game evolves into. For $60 + $30 for dlc, I have played steady since September. There have only been a few games that I have gotten that kind of value from.
