I feel like this exotic gets too many upgrades for destiny's standards. It's an awesome idea though. If it were me, I'd probably try and focus on one theme with he exotic. either go with the faster recovery and include maybe a stronger blessing of light or go the melee route where melee hits towards you have a good chance to ricochet back and also decrease super cool down.
