Helm of the Void "Suddenly from within the darkness, his light shone again, even brighter than before, and he stepped out from the void. The Wizard and her spawn, which had so briefly tasted victory, found themselves bathed in a light far too brilliant to stand against." -Titan, level 20 (Defender) -helmet armor (appearing as a standard Titan helmet, grey in color with purple void light boiling from every gap, seam, and crack in the armor.) -Grants a boost of 130 to Intellect. -Grants Abilities: Rain Blows, Inverse Shadow. -Grants Exotic Ability: Unrelenting Light (the Ward of Dawn can be activated from beyond the grave.) Edit: The Unrelenting Light ability would allow a Defender Titan to activate his super while dead, reviving himself and simultaneously producing his Ward of Dawn.

  • do you mind explaining this one a bit? it sounds very interesting and the concept of the the armor really fits the ability but how does this work exactly? If you respawn, does you shield go away or does it stay till the time runs out? That would be cool if the shield stays whether or not your alive.

Thanks for the interest :) What I had in mind was that a Defender would be granted the ability to activate their super while dead. Effectively self reviving himself and producing his Ward of Dawn upon the site where he had been originally killed. What I have in mind operates much in the same manner as the Fireborn (I think the perk is) which grants a Sunsinger the self revive ability. The sunsinger returns from the dead, super powered and ready to continue the fight. In a similar fashion, the super would be active and would function with normal ability and duration. So the Defender would revive himself, simultaneously producing the Ward of Dawn around himself. Whatever modifiers he had selected for the WoD would be in full effect and the bubble would last until its timer ran out, it was destroyed, or if the Defender was killed again.

  • thanks for the explanation, I'd probably add that to your description because it completely through me off at first. This is a great exotic idea.
