Perks:
1. Very long range and somewhat high fire rate
2. Bullets over penetrate and temporarily leave behind a streak of void light that damages enemies that cross through it.
3. Buffs agility, reload quicker
Design: hand cannon with slightly longer than normal barrel. Shots fired echo loudly.
