Perk 1 spawn with grenade energy
Perk 2 increase melee attack speed
Special perk: reduce kneel time when going invisible. Shadow jack is also granted.

Its a cool idea but I'd change the first perk because the lucky raspberry does this. I like invisibility perk. awesome idea
