Gamers will say monitors, casuals will say tv's. Circle of life.

I have 34+ days into this game and I play on multiple tv's not monitors. I run dual 24" monitors for work. This is a console game.

It hardly matters in an online only game, unless we're talking about a horrendously laggy tv.
