When I was in 3rd grade, my best friend and I created all sorts of imaginary worlds and creatures, but one in particular that he came up with has stuck in my mind all these years. There were these two paired biomechanical creatures, one called a "Claw" and the other a "Walc", and when together formed a larger creature called a Clawalc. The 35 came into being as I loved writing the number 7 and putting the extra bit on the end and the slash in the middle, and my OCD causes me to inherently dislike numbers that don't end in 0 or 5, so I really enjoyed learning multiplication with 5 in 3rd grade as well. All of those lined up, and Clawalc35 [or C35 on all the arcade machine score boards] was born. As a bonus I get to be called "Claw" in games, and get a laugh out of people trying to pronounce "Claw-walk" as "Claw-alc," "Claw,-waylc," etc. TL; DR Childhood man. Gotta remember it.
