I also love blink. Few things that not a lot of people know/do with blink:
- When an enemy shoots a slower moving projectile at you (think those blue tracking bullets that are fired in bursts, usually by Captains), you can run straight at the bullets, blink, and appear behind them, right in the Captain's face. Hit him with your blade, then blink behind him.
- When you are running away from something that is rumbling straight at you, you can blink backwards as fast as they can run forwards. This is also true of guardians running at you. Walk+blink backwards = run forwards. (though, run+blink forwards > anything short of vehicle)
- When something is shooting at you, you can blink sideways and appear ~20' to the side, well out of the way of whatever was coming at you.

Wow.. I never thought of using blink like that. I've never really used blink, i always found it hard to control. Guess if i can figure out how it works, it'll be helpful!

I saw a post on here where some guy was talking about how it was really useful in PvP if you mastered it. I had never really used it. So, I decided that I would force myself to use it exclusively for 1 week, and see how it was. Now, the only time I switch back is if I have some precise jumping to do. For instance, if I'm flying the sword across the bridge at crota. Oddly, I don't use jump for the jump puzzle in VoG. I just activate my bladedancer super, blink as high as possible, then fly across. It's 10x easier. And, you end up higher than you ever can with jumps and platforms.
