yeah Elite is abviously right about this since he is a owner of the universal remote and would not be argueing unless he was nollegeble (which he is) so you guys should stop arguing and start worrying about your life (and get one)

The NLB does have a perk for equipping it as a primary, it's called "Primary Care" but the UR doesn't have that perk. Bungie logic
