So I threw my controller at a wall today....
My internet disconnected when I was already in a bad mood because of the people using shotguns in IB and murmur doing minimal damage at ranges closer than I've one shotted, and getting killed by supers. In my defense, I was aiming for the couch and released late, nailing my brothers art supplies bin he got like 10 years ago and breaking one of the drawers. The only other noticeable damage was not feeling a click when i press the Y-button.
Edit: this seems like it is turning into a confession spot for other people's rages, not the original idea but keep em comin.

Back in my halo 2 days i threw my controller at the tv and broke the right bumper. Halo 3 came out two weeks later and i couldnt reload or pick up weapons so i swapped the controls around and couldnt melee. Lol

On one occasion the whole raid party except one guy quit. One of my friends had put 1400 hours in without getting a gally. He has helped people through every raid, nightfall, and weekly multiple times a week, regardless of getting a reward for them. We all went through normal crota with everyone getting rewards, including him. We then followed up with a hard crota run. The one guy in the group with the least amount of playing time and only his second run on the hard raid, which we ran him through his first, got the word of crota, the crux, and the gally. We all said yup we are done. Mass rage quit. Thanks RNG.

I was playing ib yesterday a and had a score of over 7000, one of the best matches i ever had, then I got dcd out of no where. So I stood up and calmly walked to the kitchen where I almost ripped the modem out of the wall. Just turned it off and on though

I threw it on the ground after getting killed over and over again in skirmich when I was alone 1 v 3 and they had heavy ammo and teabagged me so I didn't want to leave and kill them but it was just no doing ;'/

Cruicible is the only part of the game that makes me rage-- usually lag, or a shotty to the face.. So I don't play it too often. I play games to get rid of stress, so that's a bit counterproductive

Ah, I've destroyed many controllers in my time. Next time just put the controller down and walk away. You're talking to a guy that used to go through at least 3 controllers a year, it gets expensive lol.

The controller was like a month old and i bought it because my other 2 controllers were -blam!-ed up already.. So i got mad as soon as i saw my guardian walking by itself to the left and smashed the controller so hard on the floor it completely broke. The end

Why I have a "dummy controller." It doesn't work anymore (probably from throwing it), so if I'm that mad, I put down the good one, pick up the dummy and off it goes to who knows where.

I've never broken anything before when I've gotten mad lol. I usually just aim a few choice swear words at the tv and either quit or take a break to cool off.

I broke my controller in half on the side of my chair two days ago, thanks to the dickery of the fellwinters lie. Not a proud moment.

NCAA football/basketball used to get me raged when id lose on last second plays bc of poor CPU defense lol. PS: only noticeable damage was the 30-50 pieces scattered around my room and hole in the wall lol.

3 RepliesReminds me of a time when I was playing Twisted Metal 2 on playstation. Was getting pissed at end boss Sweet Tooth's dad or whatever ands after so many attempts I got so mad I slammed my fist (of havoc) on the lid. The TV went black and the sound of rocks spinning in the tray got real loud. I opened the lid to find the CD rotating in pieces. I sighed, turned off the tv, and went to go jump off my dads RV onto my trampoline for some high air time to cool off.
