First off ur talking about pay to win, not pay to play, and second. I can get lvl 32 without the dlc, my friend did it

About the 32 without dlc, isn't that possible now that IB sells chest piece? Just curious because I wanted a full set outside of raid gear.

I have it I was just curious if that's what he meant. I hate the look of raid gear compared to IB. Mostly the fact that in no way can I mix them and they look good.
