The Halo 4: Scanned trailer [url=http://www.halopedia.org/images/9/9f/Containment_field_-_MC.jpg]also depicted a similar device[/url]. The smallest-scale use of constraint fields seen is in Contact Harvest where Truth is able to suspend a cup of tea in the air. If the Covenant have managed to make such extensive use of the technology, then it only makes sense that the Forerunners, as masters of gravity, would be able to do innumerable things with it.
