"Ghost Fragment: Old Russia" grimoire card not obtained after finding ghost. ***** Hello Bungie, with the recent update that resolved a lot of issues, namely many ghosts which I've found but did not receive the grimoire cards for them, I have ONE that remains. The very first ghost I ever found on day one of Destiny, in the Divide (the room where many of the target patrols send you for the large vandal or servitor) called "Ghost Fragment: Old Russia". Is there a way you can reset this ghost for me, either let me go get the ghost again (because it's no longer there) or give me the grimoire card for it? I'm doing my best to get all grimoire card for everything and this is the ONLY card I should have but do not yet (glitched). Any help on this would be beyond awesome! Thanks!
