Nope,
First time had a maxed alley in the Vault,
Second had a Necro on character (not equipped)
Third had a unleveled alley on character.
Had glowho equipped first time but not second and third.
It's RNG like everything else.

You mean bs like everything else. 38 hard mode completions no crux. Yet I have friends who have done it 4 times and gotten it

Don't do normal before hand, it will give you one less role. If you aren't then good luck.
