High fire rate, low impact, medium/average range. 2. Hitting a target causes them to move slower and also slows health regeneration. 3. Killing a target slightly buffs fire rate even more for a short time. Design: Scout rifle with a snake coiled around the body and its head on the barrel (like the bird skull on bad juju)
