Considering this game was supposed to be more than a typical fps, I think they should concentrate on a lot of other aspects of this game.

I agree.

With custom games destiny could be more than a typical fps. Custom games is what made halo different from your usual fps. The amount of time I spent playing ridiculous game types made up by the community was absurd.
-
So by them focusing on another pvp aspect it's not just another fps? They need to focus more on what they sold this game as, not a playlist that caters to pvp. The lack of quality pve content, the rpg elements they strongly pushed are minuscule at best. Oh look, another pvp event this week. And cod has custom games, so yes this is turning into a pvp centric game. Whatever, I have played this game and enjoyed it for what it is, but I remember why I bought it and they have failed. Bloodborne in a week, a game that will deliver what they advertised. Enjoy haloestiny.

And yes thank you I will continue to play destiny and watch it evolve to become better and better while you play your new hyped game that will get stale in about a month.
-
You can't deny that custom games should have been in the game from the start. I'm sure that 99% of destiny players agree.
-
Obviously you never played halo custom games back in the day because you seem to only think of custom games as highly competitive when they were truly in fact ridiculous game modes put together by the community. Usually infected game modes but also vehicle races, monster truck battles, octagon matches, a game called "fat kid", Michael Myers, ghost busters and so many more. Of course you won't know what any of these are like unless you actually played them but my point is that they provided a way to play halo that was not originally intended and therefore made it a fps that was unlike any other at the time.
-
Played them, stop assuming and your arrogance is cute. Obviously you are stuck on halo, this isn't halo. And where did I say they are highly competitive? I said the time and resources could be used to better the content already in place. Now leave me alone and go play halo.
-
Btw I assume because you talk as if you are ignorant to what private matches could bring to a game.
-
Better the content already in place? What destiny needs is more content. They could easily hand over the tools necessary to the community so that we could create our own games. That would be forge and custom games. Infinite possibilities that lead to so much content and the reason I keep going back to halo is because we are talking about bungie who obviously created halo so we know these things are possible so don't play stupid. Of course they can always polish current features and add other things. I'm not saying that we need custom games right this second but it could be a side project for them once they finished some of their main ideas.

Guess so.
