Strike Missions Grimoire is Broken
I have been trying to complete the Strike Mission Grimoire card but i am currently stuck at 191/250 . I have completed multiple strikes on different characters but it does not seem to be increasing. Anyone have any suggestions?
Also, on a side note, is anyone else getting crazy lag in crucible? I have really good internet but when i am playing crucible it seems that everyone is always red/yellow baring. This happening to anyone else?

You must launch the strike from a planetary destination.
