HELP VOG NORMAL PLEASE!!

Guys can you please help me to do Vog Normal? Im just level 26 but i know the mechanics cuz i have lvl 29.. Im level 26 but i have Ice Breaker, Vision of Confluence, and Dragon's Breath to use :) Please help me guys. Thank you so much :) GT: EdzGlenn18 on Xbox 360
