6k votes but a 2mil player base? i think you'll need more my friend. plus it's way better now. now you see every single weapon type in crucible unlike before when it was mostly auto nonsense

They ask a percentage of the population and extrapolate from that. 6000 people is enough to get an idea of how a much larger group of people would vote. So your "only 6k out of a group of 2m" quip isn't really valid, sorry. Edit for response to "more types of weapons in crucible" comment: Not really more types, everyone just started using pulses instead of autos. All they did was switch the usage rates of autos and pulses.

As i said, I'm well aware of how polls work. Most good polls will consider even at least 1% of the polling population. 1% of 2 mil is at least 20k. At 6k you aren't even touching .5 percent of your audience. Anyone making decisions for any group on less than .5% of its target audience is a fool. I've already made amends with the op for not reading but you are mistaken as far as 6k being enough. As far as crucible is concerned it hasn't made a full swing into pulse territory, it's become more even in the way guns are chosen (from what I've seen). Before it was almost 0 pulse and tons of auto. Now it's more like 50/50 and not 0 auto and all pulse

Really? All I ever see are pulse rifles. If auto rifles got rebuffed, they would stand a chance against pulse rifles.

They should not have been made completely irrelevant. Plus you can count on one hand the weapons (outside of a shotty) you will see: Thorn Red Death Mida Multitool There very few primary selections seen and used in PvP. Shotguns have become the new primaries. Due in large part to a damaging nerf of the most popular weapon type. How does this fix anything? It doesn't....

i see many different pulse, HC and Autos used outside of any big names. i know those can be seen more but people are eally diving into all realms. auto, pulse, HC, SHOTGUN, fusion, sniper, lmg, rockets................. of all ranks (green/blue/purple/gold) are seen much much more now than it had been.

Yes because there aren't many parts to the -blam!-ing post that say it's for PVE. If you don't want to -blam!-ing read, don't -blam!-ing post. I'm sick of you crucible bitches (who ruined these guns through your crying) posting on a topic not at all, related to you. And I can guarantee you that 2mil aren't on forums so that is an incorrect comparison as well.

2 mil was the DESTINY user base not the forums. the point was forums only represent a small fraction of the player base. to your credit though i did assume that YOUR thread was another crucible whine fest so i jumped the gun and posted which is unlike me and i apologize. no need to be hostile.
