Seems I found another bug. Just got Necrochasm, and pocket infinity, but the grimore does not update. Still stuck at 2770...

Im sorry but im with you on this one. Im shure i used to get 5-10 grimoire for every exotic i brought or aquired. Hence why i started collecting exotics.. Hmmm might be wrong but im shure it was increasing.

Your grimoire score must have been increasing for other reasons, because exotic weapon cards are worth zero grimoire score. You can see what cards your missing, and how much each card is worth at the link below. http://destinytracker.com/destiny/grimoire/xbox/Ninjasakwak%20nzl

Yeah i understand this i know i no longer get point for weapons , but what im curious about is if at one point we used to get grimoire for the cards but then bungie changed it ?. Coz there is no way i would of collected all these exoctics for bo reason . I only use ice breaker , gjallerhorn and sometimes suros/vex when playing in the crucible. I have no need for all my other exotics. Im only missing thunderlord and hardlight. I may have just been wrong .. Thanks anyway

The guns themselves don't give you points but give you cards. The kills with the type of guns add to your score exp: # of shotgun kills, # of sniper kills, # of hand cannon kills.

The exotic gun cards don't add to your score. You can check destinytracker.com it will show you all the cards and how many points are associated with each card.
