I made mine on the balanced side, but I invest in more of stamina and basic attack to always keep the the pressure on my opponent, but it's up to you really

What I ended up doing was quick leveling some races to see just where their race naturally grows in and I think that one goes more towards strike specials. I think the namekian is really the only one that grows more towards ki specials. Haven't done much on the buu race but they might also lean that way too. So in that case if you want to go strength build I recommend maxing out strength and putting some major points into stamina and strike specials. But it's all up to how you play your character. Just think about it before anything b/c you won't want to waste a wish later on to fix it.
