Venation III is one of the better weapons from the Dead Orbit inventory...and you got a VERY good perk roll for that weapon. ...and probably one of the best PvE variants. Because the two biggest weaknesses of the weapon is its relatively low stability----which should be helped a lot by Perfect Balance. Plus the fact its standard magazine is only 8 rounds...and I'm assuming Field Scout increase it to 13. Outlaw should help the reload times, and Crowd Control is always good for a weapon you're going to be using for PvE. Best rare engram I've gotten recently was a blue that turned into the Dead Orbit helmet for my Warlock. Good roll, decided to keep it for Crucible play.
