In non Iron Banner PVP, their impact is pretty much higher across the board than other hand cannons (aside from Timur's Lash), so you can rack up quicker kills. I recently began using hand cannons again in pvp, and since I had dismantled those I went back to my "Lord High Fixer". Forgot how much I love this gun. It's like the "Heaven Can Wait" I dismantled but with a little better stability, faster reload, plus the "active radar" perk. Also, the only reason I dismantled my Heaven Can Wait and Backhanded Compliment are because they maxed at 294 atk, and I already had a 300 atk Fatebringer for pve.
