Lord High Fixer is the best hand cannon IMO for Pvp. I feel the one I have is open. 3 shots and you're done. That hand cannon is ok, but I'd prefer range over stability, but crowd control and field scout is a win. I have mine on my hunter I believe. It's a -blam!- gun, and I can use my patience and time also.
