I've got both Hammer Forged and Counter Balance but I haven't used ARs in PVP for a while. Are they still viable? If not, I might as well scrap this thing. Any expert AR users?

Use that since you got some beast perks it would probably out class suros in pvp

That's what my friend said when I got it from Nightfall, "laser" is the word he used, with the recent nerf I was skeptical but I'll max it and take it for a spin. Thanks!
