I'm confused about what happened to the Spartans at the end of ghost of onyx. Could you explain it to me?

They were rescued by Naomi-010 and Kilo-5 in Halo Glasslands. Halsey's arrest happened during this event too and set the events leading to her "betrayal" in motion.

Blue team was integrated into the Spartan branch, but, the fate of the Spartan-IIIs that were rescued is currently unknown, they've either become part of the Spartan branch or, like Jun, retired.
