Has anyone else had these two items not pop for them? I have the combined arms card unlocked but the score was not added to my total. When I did it, matchmaking added me to the end of a game. I started, died, re-spawned then game over. Not sure if that had anything to do with it. Was just hoping it would correct itself. Then last night I earn 100 crucible marks for the week and the notorious achievement didn't pop. I even played another match afterword just to make sure.
