Crota's End or Vault of glass fire team NEEDED!!!!!

I'm a 28 I've done crota on hard on ps3 a thousand times I need people to raid with so I cam get better gear. My ps3 took a cap on me so I had to fall back to Xbox so I'm trying to get back to my glory from ps3 lol
