Nutrition plays a HUGE roll, understanding how it works is one of the best things you can do for yourself and it makes life so much easier once you've figured out what YOU need to achieve yours goals. If you're not eating right you'll just be spinning your wheels at the gym. Also, you only need to workout for about 45 minutes to an hour, which is about as long as some TV shows.
