Understand the feeling, but as a point of advice keep a journal of what you do, update it everyday even when you do nothing. After a while you will work out when you see all the zeros on your list, but it also encourages you when you see progress. I get a amazing runners high around 3 miles in, just wanting to feel it again gets me motivated.
