Yes,I workout 5 days a week. Day 1, Cardio + upper body Day 2, Cardio + Lower body Day 3, Rest (rinse & repeat throughout the week) The most enjoyable aspect of my workout is Cardio ,Benching/Curling. When I 1st started working out, I was just a slim guy, wasn't unhealthy, but I went from benching 90 to 185 (max lifted,I do 155/160 normally). I started curling 20's, Now I can curl 50 max, but 40/45 is where I'm comfortable. I couldn't run a mile without stopping, and I couldn't run a mile in under 8 minutes,...but now I can run 2.78 miles(best record) in 20 minutes, running non-stop(Pace 8.5/9.0), which is really satisfying considering I couldn't do that at 1 point. I love working out,and Health & fitness is just something I'm generally interested in.

  • I'm impressed that pace is fantastic, I run about a 7 but for about an hour 3 times a week, I can hold a 9 for about 5 minutes and then my lungs begin trying to make an exit.

  • That's a good pace yourself,Wow ,You must be really conditioned to run for an hour,That's great! I don't think I'd last an hour though..I pretty sure I wouldn't lol, I'm on for 30 minutes at the most, 20 spent running,10 walking as a cooldown. I think being able to keep that pace for that long is really impressive, you could probably last in some type of Marathon.

  • It took 6 months to work up to, I was on deployment and had nothing but time and a treadmill. I have participated in a few 5k runs but don't have the time for anything bigger.

  • If you have the willpower to hold that speed for that long it will be a far easier transition than you think, honestly I could not hold the pace you have for more than a few minutes, I have tried to work sprints into my run so my body starts accepting my usual pace as my resting pace but much respect for being such a powerhouse. I have seen a member of my crew hold a 8.5 for an hour but he is built for running.

  • Not my place but I bet you look disproportionate. Benching 155 and curling 45. Wow I curl 40s and bench 205 along with knowing the fact that curls and benching are very insignificant workouts to overall body development. When you say upper body do you mean bench and curls??? You should focus on back and shoulders more then chest and you're tricep is 2/3 of your upper arm

wow I don't like you already,so presumptuous -_-, 1st off,I'm very proportionate,I work out all of my body, as I CLEARLY stated in the 1st 3 lines of my post. I don't know why you concluded I do THAT and only that. I just said I enjoyed THOSE PARTICULAR EXERCISES the most. "The most enjoyable aspect of my workout is Cardio ,Benching/Curling. " <--- THAT,I said That. When I say Upperbody I mean Abs/lower back on up...My upperbody. When I say Lower body ,I mean from Waist/Gluts on down. "Wow I curl 40s and bench 205 along " ...I not trying to have pissing contest with you,I was stating where I started and Where I am now. There are guys that lift 300, There are guys who run 3 miles in half the time it takes me to do 1 and a half, so what's your point and trying to one up me aside from being a dick? Since you decided to come off like that, I really care less what you do in the gym.
