Please explain Heart of the Praxic Fire
So, I main a hunter. I have a titan and a warlock that I've dabbled with but both low level. I intend to pursue my warlock next and as it turns out, I got Heart of the Praxic Fire from an exotic chest engram I bought yesterday.
So, no disrespect, why do people love this piece? And how can I best use it? (In 11 levels from now when my Warlock is a level 20)

7 RepliesOthers have explained its greatness. I will say, However, that song of flame is amazing with it when your teammates take advantage of it. It was not designed to be used with self res, as doing so mean you will never really use it.
