I try since I'm quite heavy but it's so draining and boring.

  • If you want to find a plan that could be fun, go to neilarey.com, they have programs themed to superheros and gaming and everything. Each workout has a piece of flavor text so you can imagine yourself training like a badass warrior.

  • Is this an actual gym or just a website?

  • Just a website. Its all you need for FREE. The workouts are mostly made of bodyweight exercises, ie pushups sit-ups crunches lunges. You can can get pretty fit without needing weights let alone a gym that requires a membership fee.

  • Understand the feeling, but as a point of advice keep a journal of what you do, update it everyday even when you do nothing. After a while you will work out when you see all the zeros on your list, but it also encourages you when you see progress. I get a amazing runners high around 3 miles in, just wanting to feel it again gets me motivated.
