Hours a day, it's called my
Job, it's great workout I definitely recommend it

Ironically you get to a point at work where you won't progress unless you need to push your self past the normal limits each day.... but I guess it is physical activity none the less

The way they keep cutting help/hours, it's a constant ramp up.
