Happiness means not staying up at night worrying about supporting your kids with a McDonald's job LOL. You need at least a masters to get a decent job these days

Happiness varies from person to person , and apparently this is his.. And for you it's about getting a masters degree and not working at McDonald's.

Not really. If you have some type of skills in construction you'd be getting $25 an hour working on huge projects, now that's beyond decent. Or work as retail and get a minimum or $9 an hour that's enough to support yourself and have time to play Destiny :)

That is a big "if". My brother in law has a great job that pays very well and he does not have a degree. But in lieu of a degree he still has to take a huge course to study for his job. He is an intelligent man and it takes great skill and know how to land a great job without a diploma while also beating out the comp petition against others who do have a degree. I just think it's rare to be able to make a good income in this day and age where competition is fierce and people are plenty. Not everyone is bill gates of Steve Job (not saying it's impossible) Just my opinion
