Yeah i weight train 3-4 times a week with a 20 min treadmill run in each session, then on one of my days off i will go for a 2.5 mile road run.
Getting ready for them tough mudders 💪

I ran one last year and it wasn't really tough cause you always get short breaks at the different obstacles. But still pretty fun to run it with friends. Already signed in for my second one this year :)
