I weightlift every day taking Sunday's off. I'm 174lbs, can bench press 285lbs, and have 9% body fat. Love lifting at our YMCA but need to find a cheaper gym cause $46 a month is a lil pricey for a college student. Slowly but surely trying to bench 315lbs and be 185lbs, toned.

I used to bench twice my body weight at your weight. Now I keep away from the "max" hype. Too much stress on your body. Check the ego at the gym door. Stay away from supplements and lift smart your body will thank you.

Haha i feel you. I'm 21 n been lifting for the past 3 years. I can't imagine putting up 340+lbs. I told myself I'll be happy benching 315 and I just wanna look good n stay fit and live a healthy lifestyle

In my twenties I went as heavy as I could. Now my joints are paying for it.
