weightlifting monday through friday but i take wednesdays off and then cardio on saturday currently weigh about 200 lbs and im at about 10% body fat slowly trimming down for the summer!

BEAST! Im like 4% body fat and 145 lb.. Im a skinny kid that worked out a lot.

just keep going man been lifting since i was 14 becasue of football lol but these last two years ive been focusing a lot on bodybuilding been seeing some good results just gotta be consistent with your workouts and with the food you put in your body
