What you said. Im 5'11" 235Lbs 15% bodyfat. I dont think people realize how little a percentage 5 really is.

I am an amateur body builder in Nebraska. Just got seconded in a show in December still trying to get to the next level

Now that would make more sense. I'm working my way to it as well, and wouldn't say I workout. We train! And do you stay 5% BF off season?

No working my way back up to somewhere between 10-12 I'd like to do my next show at 210 but will see I'm not that tall so will see how it goes
