Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

Edited by AGermanShepherd: 3/8/2015 5:08:48 PMEvery day except Sunday. Usually alternating between cardio exercises and weight training. I haven't maxed in a long while now though, I usually prefer low weight and high reps. Bench press max - 270 Ibs. Squats max - 515 Ibs.
