Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

Do Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.. Coz I'm under 16 (3 months to go!!) I can't do free weights but can still do some machine weights.. Been doing this for a few months and my arms are strong and muscly and starting to get a six pack now.. I do one day upper body, one day lower and the last a cardio day, yeah it's taken longer to get these results but I like my regime :3

I can easily lift a large can of Monster these days. Changed days from when I was lifting the smaller Red Bull cans!

Yes, but I am out of service until mid April-Early May. I suffered a Lisfranc fracture.

I used to game and workout at the same time, great method for long periods of gaming. Between matches( back when CoD mf first came out) I would do push ups, sit ups, and pull ups all based on the match

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, for about 2 hours playing soccer.

Monday - Friday in pe football

Weight room on Monday and Wednesday. Rugby practice on Tuesday and Thursday. Hockey game on Monday. Run everyday except Monday. (Gotta keep the legs fresh for the team!)

Not trained for a few month due to a health issue, but usually I move weights around.

Yeah I do I'm 15 and just started in August Since January my bench max has gone from 80 to 100 pounds which isn't a lot but it's only my first time working out

I work out my thumbs while playing destiny and my arms by lifting whole cans of beer. After a few hours I'm beat.
