Just wondering.
If so, how often? Do you do weightlifting or running/cardio?? Would love too see the community answer! :)
Edit: thank you for so many replies! I personally work out 5 times a week, 3 weightlifting and 2 sessions soccer with my team

I go straight to the gym from work 5 days a week. 45-60 minutes of cardio every day and weightlifting every other day. Dinner after that, and if my fiancée is at work that night, Destiny. Pretty much the daily routine.

Yes, every lacrosse practice and 1-2 on weekends. So 5-7

Cardio and weight bearing exercise. Weights only get you big and stiff. You want functional muscle mass and to look natural, don't lift.

Edited by AGermanShepherd: 3/8/2015 5:08:48 PMEvery day except Sunday. Usually alternating between cardio exercises and weight training. I haven't maxed in a long while now though, I usually prefer low weight and high reps. Bench press max - 270 Ibs. Squats max - 515 Ibs.

I go for a jog every morning and hit the gym around 2:30ish, been getting BUFF

I work out about 2-4 times a week, but I'm not really consistent with it.

I play football for my high school, we work out an hour and a half four out of five schooldays and I work out on weekends. It's to offseason right now; we do more during the season

Running a marathon in about 6 weeks so I run 30+ miles a week and workout 3-4 days a week.
