I don't make fireteams just for reasons like this. I don't wanna be in command of a group of asshats. I just go to recruitment, find a group, if it's a good group getting the job done I'm down the whole way. If it's a bad group, I will sincerely try my hardest, even pick up everyone's slack and give it 5 tries. Anymore, I leave. I've also left groups right away after joining. One time I joined a party chat and heard 5 squeakers. One of them was talking to "mother". I just left. It's my way of booting. I just boot all 5 guys and find another team lol.
