I recently finished the 5k kills as a warlock in Crucible. On the 5000th kill there was no grimoire card notification on the screen and my score didn't go up the 5 points expected. Upon seraching it shows that I've finished the grimoire card but no points were awarded. The circumstances may have something to do with it, I was in a game and knew I only needed 9 kills to finish. I was at 8 at the game ended and then got a kill during the few seconds left before the scoreboard screen is displayed. So I actually got the 9th kill after the game was over. I immediately checked my score and it didn't go up but per the website I had exactly 5k kills. I played another game to see if it would unlock but it didn't.
