I have gathered up all the dead ghosts, but two of them still do not show in my cards. Ghost Fragment: Ghosts and Old Russia (MAYDAY. MAYDAY. MAYDAY) still do not show. I have gone back to their locations on Venus and Earth repeatedly, and nothing is there.
