I have 900+ hours for the game and I still don't have it.
I've seen a kid with 36 hours logged and he had one.

Don't worry man, I just got mine last Sunday and I have 16 days played on my titan alone plus 2 deleted characters with at least a day each on team. You'll get it soon! Once I got mine I threw on my ruin wings and never shot more rockets in my life lol

I hope to get it soon. The only exotic launcher I have it Dragon's Breath and I feel bad for having it.

Dragons Breath isn't bad, despite all the hate it gets in the forum. That was my go to rocket before the GHorn. Does almost as much DPS when doing ogre room strategy, since it's up close and personal you can't miss those 3 shots. So I'd say it's a pretty decent launcher.
